Windows Live messenger beta is impressive!
The new windows live messenger beta is pretty impressive.I was surprised and happy that it was able to connect to Facebook and Flickr. this makes my life lot simpler. There is definatly a scope for improvement though.

When it comes to getting things done, we need fewer architects and more bricklayers.
"When it comes to getting things done, we need fewer architects and more bricklayers."
it was said by some great man, and it is very true!
I have seen through and through that more and more people dream and behave to be the architects or the managers or planners, in general. They are great orators and visionaries, but they are mere talkers when it comes to realizing the vision where are they. I am not angry or frustrated over the fact that i have come across only such kind of people. i am just disappointed that these people think doing some action is some kind of sin! They think the so called bricklayers of the society are low in class or they are not worth mentioning.
The other day i was sitting in a plush coffee shop and I saw this twenty something guy talking to his friends over the coffee table sipping over hookah. He looked like from a pretty decent family may be a son of a rich dad! His argument was over the economic crisis. He claims that one should always foresee such things happening. They should invest and save up, spending in vain should be avoided. he went to an extent saying that "... a common man should work harder and be a lot more sensible..."
Well I think the question that was our young visionary over here at the coffee table, how sensible was he? does he even understand that what ever we are or our country is making a smooth sail through is due to that little sensible and low grade bricklayer.
I think every big vision starts with one step. May be we will fall or fail but we will learn and make that vision robust. Its all about just getting started.
